Feast One Hundred & Twenty Nine

Appetizer

What was one of the fashion fads when you were a teenager?

When I was a teenager, that would be 1986-1992, so the fashion was the 2 extremes of big hair, puffy pants, short skirts, glam rock, hair metal, morphing to plaid flannel, faded jeans & grunge music

Soup

Name one thing you think people assume about you when they first meet you.

I am not sure, I have been told by different people that it is different... Some say that I seem fun & outgoing & others have said that I come off snobbish, so I guess it's their perspective!

Salad

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being highest, how hard do you work?

10, but probably 8 1/2.

Main Course

If you were given a free 30-second commercial during the Super Bowl to sell anything you currently own, what would you advertise?

My HOUSE!!! with a minor plug about tossing in the hubby!

Dessert

Fill in the blank: I love to ________ when it is _________.

I love to party when it's the right time! And when isn't it the right time to party!!! The kiddos & I have been known to throw impromptu dance parties just cuz!!!

"When I was a teenager, that would be 1986-1992. . . " Oh, you're so young! During those years, I was having my first kid, finishing my Bachelor's Degree, starting law school and having my second kid. It's all a blur, but I have the pix of me with really bad hair and clothes to remind me. That's when I went through my very long permed and frosted hair with semi-large bangs period. When my hair started falling in the sink from too much chemical abuse, I cut it all off. Came home and BigBob's mouth just fell open. It was pretty funny, actually. :-)

My feast is served, too.

Frosted hair! I forgot about that! I didn't do it, but I had friends who did.
Anyway, I enjoyed your feast, adn I like to throw impromptu parties with the kids, too. Everyday has a reason to celebrate! My family's personal holiday is coming up next week---Stcky Chins Day, where we celebrate the first date I had with my husband, and we eat ice cream for dinner. :-) Hence, the sticky chins. :-)

I enjoyed your feast too! you're about the age of my younger children it seems. My 2 youngest loved dressing in over sized clothes. My older daughter would say to me:"Mom, do you know that my two youngest sisters dress like boys?" And I would say that's okay, at least they don't look like hoochie mamas. :)

Thanks for stopping by.
