The spot on the Zuke is a dime... just in case you can't tell it's massiveness from the taking up my whole sink thing...
This baby took me FOREVER to cut up! I made some zucchini chili and cut some up to make fried zucchini fingers & maybe some zucchini strudel. What didn't go into the chili went into the freezer. Impressive, except I still have 4 more smaller, but large sized waiting on the table. It was also a little on the woody side so I had to trim more of the skin off than usual.
Guess that's what happens when you find one hiding under weeds...

That's not a vegetable, it's a weapon! Every year at this time I start thinking I should raffle off my old family recipe for Zucchini Chocolate Cake... Really, that was a dime??
